PriceCopilot is a native macOS app for managing App Store pricing across all territories (countries and regions) and currencies. It supports apps, in-app purchases, and auto-renewable subscriptions with data-driven pricing strategies, batch operations, and safe submission workflows.
Any developer or team that sells on the App Store. Indie developers use it to apply smart pricing without hours of manual work. Studios and agencies use it to manage pricing across multiple accounts and hundreds of products simultaneously.
PriceCopilot supports all three App Store pricing types: paid app pricing, in-app purchase pricing (consumable, non-consumable, and non-renewing subscriptions), and auto-renewable subscription pricing. Each type has its own API behavior, and PriceCopilot handles the differences automatically.
Open PriceCopilot, go to Settings, and add a new account. You’ll need your Issuer ID, Key ID, and .p8 private key file, all available from the App Store Connect API keys page. PriceCopilot validates the connection and syncs your catalog automatically.
PriceCopilot communicates directly with the App Store Connect API. It does not modify or interact with the ASC website. Changes you make in PriceCopilot will be reflected in App Store Connect, and vice versa, on next sync.
No. PriceCopilot only submits the changes you’ve explicitly made. All other territories remain untouched.
Yes. PriceCopilot supports Introductory Offers, Promotional Offers, Win-Back Offers, Subscription Offer Codes, and IAP Offer Codes. The editing flow is table-based and visual, so you can see which territories, prices, and offers changed before submitting to App Store Connect.
Offer Codes inventory management shipped in 2.3.0: create One-Time and Custom code batches, auto-sync code values from App Store Connect, and manage them as a local inventory with distribution status (Available / Distributed / Do Not Use), channels, and notes. Distribution tools include copy code, copy redemption link, one-click copy-link-and-mark-distributed, per-code QR display and export (PNG), batch QR export, and inventory CSV export. Code values are masked by default and automatically re-masked after 30 seconds.
Note: we deliberately don’t provide per-code redemption statistics. Apple doesn’t offer a per-code redemption API: the only alternative data source (Sales and Trends reports) is delayed by a day and only retained for a year, so any computed utilization rate would be systematically misleading.
In Pro, you can set time-limited prices for any territory: select the target app, IAP, or subscription, set the promotional price and start/end dates, preview the changes, and submit. Prices automatically revert when the promotion ends. Ideal for flash sales and holiday promotions.
